Warm & compassionate therapy to help you reconnect with yourself.

Art therapy & counselling serving women & youth in Muskoka

How Therapy Can Support You

Huntsville Ontario

You don’t have to keep managing racing thoughts, overthinking, or the pressure to hold everything together on your own. Whether you’re feeling burnt out, stuck in perfectionism, overwhelmed by health concerns, or disconnected from your body, therapy offers a space to slow things down.

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, like panic, self-doubt, or chronic stress, through gentle exploration, practical tools, and support that helps you feel more grounded and steady in your day-to-day life.

Hi! I'm Connor, owner of Birchwood Art Therapy & Counselling.

Thanks for stopping by! To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a registered psychotherapist and art therapist working in the Muskoka region. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, chronic stress & sleep issues. I also work with youth ages 8+.

I believe in creating a therapeutic space that feels supportive, warm, compassionate and human during our time together. I want to help you achieve your goals, understand yourself with kindness, and release what is no longer serving you.

Connor Morris Registered Psychotherapist

I get what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle of anxiety with endless worrying, racing thoughts & sleepless nights.
My goal is to help you understand your anxiety and it's role in your life, while lessening the distressing symptoms.

In our work together, we’ll explore both your inner world and your real-life experiences, using creative, talk and somatic based therapies. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered, relational and body-based framework.

“Life meanders like a path through the woods. We have seasons when we flourish and seasons when the leaves fall from us, revealing our bare bones. Given time, they grow again.”
