MESS IT UP: A Guide for making the "bad" art

This guide is a FREE mini workbook that guides you through an art process.

Does it sometimes feel difficult to get started with art-making? That fears, anxieties, and other things just get in the way of you being able to make art without judgement. In this guide we briefly talk about how art is for everyone and that there is no wrong way to create. We can learn how we can use the art to look at things more with curiousity than judgment.

Included is 3 activities and journal prompts.

In this guide we talk about:
1. Messing it up
2. The Blank Page
3. Stuckness

We briefly go into each of these topics that come with their own art prompt and time for you to journal and reflect on the process.
