I help women who feel constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity and safety in themselves.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or the mental load of health and life transitions, you don't have to do it alone.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative process. In our work together, we’ll explore both your inner world and your day-to-day experiences, looking at your life as a whole, not just what’s happening in your mind. This might include things like sleep, stress, relationships, movement, and daily habits, and how they’re impacting your wellbeing.
You set the pace, and I’ll meet you where you are. Whether you’re ready for deeper emotional work or simply need support and practical tools to get through the week, my goal is for you to leave each session with a little more clarity, ease, and hope than when you arrive

FAQ
Framework For Therapy
I approach therapy with an understanding of how past experiences can impact the nervous system, emotions, and relationships. My focus is on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
Modalities & Tools
Art Therapy uses creative expression as a way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. No artistic skill is needed. It's about the process of creating and what comes out of that and not the art looks like. Art therapy isn't about teaching arts-based skills but it is a way. to explore your inner world and representing it in a tangible way. Art therapy allows clients to express feelings that may be difficult to articulate with words. Although, it is also very common to talk through what is going on for you during an art therapy session. Generally a combination of creating and discussion is involved. For many, the act of creating art provides a safe, nonverbal way to express feelings that might otherwise remain buried. Art therapists facilitate this process, guiding clients through the therapeutic journey while offering support, insight, and a safe environment for self-exploration.
