You Deserve Space to Breathe and Be Yourself.

I feel like I can never slow down. I feel like I take care of everyone else, but I don't have any time to take care of my own needs.
I never feel good enough. I set such high expectations for myself that I can't seem to meet.
I feel worn out, tired and detached. I spend my evenings scrolling and completely checked out.
I can't seem to say no to anyone even when I want to. I say yes to avoid conflict and to please everyone.

When stress becomes constant, it can start to shape how you see yourself and move through the world. You might feel like you’re always “on,” striving to keep everything together while running on empty.Chronic stress, perfectionism, and low self-esteem often intertwine, leaving little room for rest, joy, or self-connection. We can learn to slow down, explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overdoing or self-criticism, and the systems set up society that don't allow us to create the space we need.
Chronic stress is the ongoing pressure that never seems to let up. Your mind and body feel constantly on edge, making it hard to relax or recharge. Over time, it can affect your mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Framework For Therapy
I approach therapy with an understanding of how past experiences can impact the nervous system, emotions, and relationships. My focus is on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
Modalities & Tools
Art Therapy uses creative expression as a way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. No artistic skill is needed. It's about the process of creating and what comes out of that and not the art looks like. Art therapy isn't about teaching arts-based skills but it is a way. to explore your inner world and representing it in a tangible way. Art therapy allows clients to express feelings that may be difficult to articulate with words. Although, it is also very common to talk through what is going on for you during an art therapy session. Generally a combination of creating and discussion is involved. For many, the act of creating art provides a safe, nonverbal way to express feelings that might otherwise remain buried. Art therapists facilitate this process, guiding clients through the therapeutic journey while offering support, insight, and a safe environment for self-exploration.
